Autograph: Letter from Dr Jonathan Swift Dean of St Patrick's, to Henrietta, wife of the Hon. Charles Howard, Earl of Suffolk. He complains that the Queen had not performed her promise to give him a medal and that she has sacrificed John Gay, the poet, to the pique of Sir Robert Walpole. Dr Swift also expresses the wish that the Queen remember what he had said to her about Ireland. 21 November 1730.
