The city is placed under the Military Government. The Military Governor of the Paris Region will take the necessary measures for the security of the Troops and for the maintenance of order. Orders of the Military Authorities must be executed without conditions. Avoid every irreflective action. Any act of sabotage, active or passive, will be severely punished. It depends on the prudence and intelligence of the population that the City of Paris takes advantage of the advantages reserved for an open city.
