Woman lying in a foam bath washing herself with a sponge, c 1950s. Photograph taken from the Photographic Advertising Archive at the National Museum of Photography, Film & Television. Photographic Advertising Limited were a British studio specialising in providing stock photographic images of ready-made and generalised subjects suitable for advertising any product. The collection holds photographs in colour and black and white from the1930s through to the early 1960s.
