A bereaved family member mourns outside an office set up to handle family members of victims of a fire at the Lanjisu Internet cafe before dawn on Sunday which killed 24 people in Beijing June 18, 2002. Beijing ordered the city's Internet cafes to close temporarily after an early morning blaze on June 16 at an illegal Web cafe.
