Newmarket, race-course, the finish of the race, eight horses and jockeys, riding from left to right, the first horse, Rabry on the right is just about to win, his nose being in line with the white winning post, the second, Rhesus, a full-length behind and the third, Ribaldry a full-length behind again, the other four riders, are a half-length behind the third jockey; blue and white cloudy sky. Rabry was born in c.1846, his sire was The Doctor and his dam was Modesty by Malik. The Cambridgeshire Stakes were 1 mile and 1 furlong for three-year olds and upwards and was run at Newmarket.
