Fornebu 19510608
Princess Ragnhild travels to Paris from Fornebu. Followed by Crown Prince Olav (th) and Erling Lorentzen.
Text from the weekly magazine Aktuell 1953:
"Quiet flirt at Fornebu"
"On June 8, 1951 - the day before she turned 21 - Princess Ragnhild went to Paris to be present at the wedding of Prince Michel of Bourbon Parma and the inauguration of the Norwegian House in Paris. The trip lasted only 8 days. It found it found Place after the Swedish report of an impending engagement between Princess Ragnhild and Lorentzen was demented. But one can say that these images are a dementia of the dementia, and overadjutant Colonel Østgaard's irritation when these images were taken were visible to all and everyone. As far as we know, they have not been published until these days either. Erling Lorentzen is talking to the princess all the time while waiting for the plane to be clear. If a picture has ever recorded the feelings of those who are photographed , then it's happened in this case. It's been a long time since we've seen so much young and shy love on one board - and you can't help but regret them that they have to stand there with people around them all the time. "
