The play” Spider's Web”, a comedy-thriller in which Miss Lockwood's plays a diplomat's wife involved in a country house murder mystery. Apart from two seasons in” Peter Pan” it will be Miss Lockwood's first London Stage appearance since she paid in” Family Affairs” at the Ambassadors Theatre 20 years ago. She was then 18. The other two current Christie plays are taking bookings so far ahead they are certain to be running when” Spiders Web” reaches the West End
