Creator: unknown Scale: [ca. 1:15 840 (scale)]. Cartographic Note: North at 90 degrees. Scale of four inches to the mile. Straight pencil lines indicate how the survey was constructed. It was not until the end of the 1580s that detailed surveys of the Munster plantation lands were carried out. From volume eight, Maps of Ireland, of the Dartmouth collection of maps and plans, compiled for or by George Legge, Master General of the Ordnance.
