An infantryman of the Soviet Army grabs a bicycle from a female Berliner. Plundering was one of the disciplinary problems that the leadership of the Soviet Army had to deal with during the invasion of the German Reich. Everybody was allowed to send a 15 kilo package home (double amount for officers) each month. As a result, everything movable was snatched. That is why infantrymen grabbed bicycles away wherever they found one. 1945
