Library table, 1st half 19th century (mahogany)

In mahogany, mahogany veneer, blackened wood, ebony, brass ornamentation, rectangular in shape, the tripartite top presenting a circular central element with four compartments in the shape of a retractable temple flanked by leather-covered panels, each side presenting three simulated drawers lined with a row of pearls, opening on the front with two drawers, one of which is fitted out as a tripartite writing desk covered in green leather and two side zippers, presenting a reading light covered in green leather, resting on square feet decorated with raised grooves.
