North Hill Tor, Gower Peninsula, South Wales, June 14 1862. Photograph at seven minutes exposure in bright sun, of North Hill or Nottle Tor. The Tor was once quarried, and a large cave there served as a refuge where local men hid from the press gang. There is also an Iron Age Fort on the site.
