Dutch swimmer Inge de Bruijn, who won gold in the 50 and 100 metre freestyle and 100 metre butterfly events at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, swims in the 50 metre butterfly event during the Sydney Skins swimming event at the International Aquatic Centre at Homebush Bay December 9, 2000. De Bruijn made a succesful return to the Olympic pool where she won her gold medals last September, winning the 50 metre butterfly event and the A$5000 (US$2600) cash prize on offer. Promoters lured De Bruijn and compatriate Pieter Van Den Hooganband back to Australia with a 'lucrative' package that has upset several Australian swimmers also competing in the event. DG/CC
