An Israeli soldier refuses to answer the question, "How long will you be here?" and gestures January 15 for the photographer to move further back from the main entrance to the Israeli military headquarters situated on a hill in central Hebron. The building, covered in mist during a rain storm, is the main building that Israel will turn over to the Palestinian Authority when the Israeli troop redeployment takes place. Hours earlier Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and Palestinian President Arafat agreed on the deal to handover 80 percent of the city to Palestinians following months of hard negotiations overseen by the United States.
