A Cambodian health worker uses a raft made from tree stumps to get to a health clinic in Prey Veng province, 45km (25 miles) southeast of Phnom Penh August 28, 2001. Twenty two Cambodians have died and some 400,000 people made homeless since the Mekong river breached its banks in several provinces early last week. Government officials estimate the flood damage at over $15 million. They have also warned of food shortages among those made homeless. Last year Cambodia suffered the worst flooding in four decades which resulted in 347 deaths and over $100 million in flood damage. KD/CP
