Showing a tomb of coloured alabaster, 'under an Arch on the North Side of the Chancell at Wolstanton.' The inscription over the monument: 'Here lie the Bodies of Sr. William Sneide of Broadwall knight and Dame Anne his wife one of the daughters and heirs of Thomas Barrowe of fluckersbrooke in the Countie of Chester Esqr. who had issue 5 sons and 10 daughters wch. Sr. Wm. died ye 6th of June 1571.' Showing a knight in armour with a ruff and the dame with a long dress and ruff and a cap. The five sons and five of the daughters are shown on the front, and five more on the side. There are two coats of arms on the west end. Sneyd impaling three fleurs de lis on roundels, in chief two arrows and a horn between. Also a quarterly coat of Sneyd.
