Praying Donor in the rosary image kneeling almost directly behind the Pope. The present drawing is cut to the contours of the figure and glued. On the top left the inscription probably coming from a collector: Van heygh van Albertus (Dürer), below the spurious monogram. Brush and ink drawing on very yellowed blue natural paper. Lights disappeared almost entirely. Albrecht Dürer (1471-1528); Upper German School Betender Stifter Betender Stifter in dem Rosenkranzbilde kniet fast unmittelbar hinter dem Papste. Die vorliegende Zeichnung ist an den Umrissen der Figur ausgeschnitten und aufgeklebt. Oben links die wahrscheinlich von einem Sammler herrührende Inschrift: Van heygh van Albertus (Dürer), weiter unten das unechte Monogramm. Pinsel- und Tuschezeichnung auf sehr vergilbtem blauem Naturpapier. Lichter fast ganz verschwunden. Handzeichnungen alter Meister aus der Albertina und anderen Sammlungen.
