Nordkapp on Magerøya 195210. Europe's northernmost boarding school is located on the North Cape in Repvåg at the very end of the Porsangerfjord. Eight small places were the school skate to pick up small passengers from the age of 7. A couple of the seats had the quay so the skate could go all the way in, but usually it had to lie out and wait for the rowboat with the kid and the suitcase. The Northern Cape Herred municipality has a school alternative for those children who live in small remote places within the district boundaries. There are kids from an estimated 75 families. It is a great experience for most of the students at the boarding school to get peers to play with. Here we see the boys in a fresh little pillow war in the dormitory. Photo: SV. A.
