The Chateau Guillaume the Conquerant after restoration in Cliff, Calvados, Lower Normandy (Lower Normandy), France. Supported by the Ministry of Culture, the second major dungeon rehabilitation project lasted ten years. The city of Falaise is the sponsor and Bruno Decaris, Chief Architect of Historic Monuments, is responsible for the project. The work was carried out in several stages, the so-called Talbot tower was restored in 1986 and 1987, the roofs and the construction in 1992 and 1994, the front body was completed in the last year, in 1996.
