Image description: The Sihlhochstrasse under construction, which has already crossed the Utobruecke and is moving towards the city center, taken on April 4, 1973. Among many other construction projects the Sihlhochstrasse can be seen growing formally. A movable formwork scaffold is advanced step by step from pillar to pillar. The Sihlhochstrasse will run up to the Sihlhoelzli above the river bed of the Sihl. After completion, traffic will be able to pass magnificent treetops on the six-lane highway to Zurich.
