Upper Austria, Austria Photo of an Austrian mountain rescuer and a search dog in the trunk of a vehicle of the mountain rescue service. They participated in the search after the avalanche disaster at Dachstein in Heilbronn. During the so-called "Heilbronner Dachsteinunglueck" (Heilbronn Dachstein disaster), a group of 14 teachers and students were killed in a snowstorm in Heilbronn. A search operation was launched during the night, which became one of the biggest in alpine history.
