Called Frances Cromwell (1638-1720), the daughter of Oliver Cromwell

Possibly Mary Scudamore, who married William Dutton (1640 - 1674/5) or one of the three daughters of John 'Crump' Dutton (1594 - 1656/7). Or, Lucy Dutton, Countess of Downe (1624 - 1655/6) or her elder sister Elizabeth, Mrs George Colt. According to 'Crump' Dutton's will he expressed the wish that Oliver should become William Dutton's guardian and that 'according to the discourse that hath passed between us', she should marry William. However, she married Robert Rich, instead, grandson of the Cromwellian admiral, Robert, 2nd Earl of Warwick. Sherborne Park Estate, Gloucestershire
