Three-quarter-length portrait of a young woman, turned to the left, glancing over her left shoulder and gazing at the spectator, wearing a dark green dress and holding a gold scarf in front of her which hangs from her right shoulder and falls behind her. She has curled blonde hair and grey-blue eyes. A red velvet drape falls in folds behind her to the right and is pulled back to reveal a landscape with trees and sky on the left.
