Shows the meeting of the soldiers of the 2nd Corp and the Tommies of the British 8th Army as the two Allied forces link up. Shows General Montgomery and General Eisenhower shaking hands on the battlefield. Hill 609 lay between the Allied Army and Tunis. Hill 609 was captured by the American 34th Division. Shows soldiers walking single file along a dirt road. Allied troops enter Bizerte and seek out enemy soldiers amount the ruins. Shows large numbers of German and Italian prisoners of war, powäó»s walking with hands raised and entering wire enclosure. General Eisenhower makes final speech regarding the Tunisian victory.
