Creator: Moss, Colin William (1914-2005) Stonebridge Park Power Station and cooling tower painted in camouflage, Wembley, Britain, 1943. Colin Moss was a British official war artist who started work as a camouflage designer for the Ministry of Home Security in the Second World War. In 1941 he saw active service in the Middle East while in the Life Guards regiment.
