Oslo 1987-09-08: The Juklerød case. An appeal in the Court of Appeal. Arnold Juklerød was first forced at Gaustad Psychiatric Hospital at the request of his wife. The admission was confirmed by one of his sons. Other forced admission occurred in March 1974, even because his wife felt threatened. At both forced admissions, the diagnosis was severely minded - Kverulant -Paranoia - posed by the superiors at Gaustad Hospital. In addition to Juklerød demanding the admissions and the diagnosis lifted, he again promotes a claim for compensation limited up to NOK 3 million.
