Prominent politicians and statesmen (front left: Federal Councillor Rudolf Gnaegi) and more than a thousand members will take part in the anniversary party conference of the Farmers, Trades, and Citizens' Party (BGB) on Saturday, March 18, 1967, in Zurich's Zuespa Hall. The 30th anniversary of the Swiss Civil Code and the 50th anniversary of the Zurich Civil Code will be celebrated in a festive setting. Later the BGB forms the Swiss People's Party (SYP) with the merger of the Glarus and Buendner democrats.
