Half-length portrait of a young man, he has white powdered hair and wears a red uniform jacket with a black stock. Robert Greville (1751-1824) was the third son of the Earl of Warwick and Lady Frances Harpur's brother. Isabel Harpur Crewe, however believed this to be another brother Charles (1749-1809), the Colonel Wellbred of Fanny Burney's memoires (CAL/P/311 in the Saloon).
