Location: Perugia, Italy Creator: Gioia Benelli Children who present from birth, or later, a psycho-physical handicap even light, suffer today as always a dramatic destiny of exclusion and marginalization. The documentary intends to make a dialectical contribution to the ongoing debate on these issues already started for some time, including in Italy, illustrating a new methodological indication that arises from the extraordinary experience developed in Umbria. 01.
