Three-quarter-length portrait of a young woman, turned slightly to the left, gazing at the spectator, standing, holding a cream straw hat in her left hand, her right elbow resting on a table bearing a basket of fruit. She is wearing a blue-green dress and white bodice laced in front with blue-green cuffs, and has dark hair and eyes. Trees and landscape background, with distant horizon with sky on the right.
