This film explores the history of cycling in London and the GLC's plans to improve the experience of London's cyclists. Commissioned by the Greater London Council. Written, produced and directed by J.R. Davies. Shots include cyclists in a number of areas of London, bicycles, 80's fashions; traffic, cycle lanes, New Oxford Street, planners working at drawing boards, Hammersmith Flyover, Waterloo Bridge southern roundabout, Paddington, Hyde Park, Chelsea Bridge. The date of creation is unconfirmed, but appears to be in the early 1980's.
