The publication, entitled Clinical Infectious Diseases (CID), is a leading journal in the field of infectious disease with a broad international readership. Hamilton's COVID Ward series has been highly acclaimed and was featured in a previous newsletter. As a response to the current Covid-19 pandemic, Hamilton has created a new series of paintings acknowledging the important work of the brave frontline staff who are constantly supporting relief efforts and aiding those in need. The COVID Ward series fits into her own practice and forms an extension of her primary inspiration and themes of loneliness and isolation.
