Our subscriptions offer flexible, cost-effective access to high-quality images. You pay a fixed rate for a set number of assets over a defined period — perfect for clients with regular image needs.
How is this different from a one-off license?

With a one-off license, each asset is quoted and invoiced individually. Subscriptions streamline the process by offering volume-based pricing, simplified licensing and invoicing, and less admin.

Each subscription includes access to a curated tier of our archive, plus support from our team in rights clearance and licensing. You can download a set number of images under the agreed terms.

You can top up with additional downloads at your subscription rate, or upgrade your plan. Our team will help you scale your package as your needs grow.
What is Editorial use?
What is Editorial use?
By default, our subscriptions cover Editorial use only. Please contact us if you need information about bespoke licensing options for Commercial use.
Editorial use means the image is used in a way that truthfully illustrates or supports the surrounding content. Examples include documentaries, news broadcasts, articles, and inside books—any context where the image has a direct and relevant connection to the subject matter.
Please note: Book and magazine covers count as Commercial use and aren’t covered by Editorial subscriptions. Please contact us for bespoke Commercial licensing options.Do I need to clear additional rights?
Do I need to clear additional rights?
Our subscription grants you a license to use the content rights-cleared and provided by Bridgeman Images and our partner collections. However, it does not cover any third-party rights beyond those we control, such as:
Personality rights (for recognizable people)
Trademark or logo rights
Property or architectural rights
Design and pattern copyrights
If your planned usage involves any of the above, you’ll need to secure those clearances separately. Our Rights & Clearance team is on hand to advise and can coordinate any additional releases or permissions you require. Please contact us for bespoke support.How do I get started?
