Abigail is of mixed heritage, her parents having migrated from the West Indies to the UK during the 1960s. Born and educated in London, she initially trained as a textile designer, subsequently pursuing a Master’s degree in Fine Art at The City & Guilds of London Art School in 2017.
Abigail’s work is deeply autobiographical, reflecting the many layers of emotion and the rich complexity of her family life.
