Anita Ekberg. Born 29 September 1931, died 11 January 2015. Swedish actress. When the picture is taken, she has won the Miss Sweden beauty contest on August 24, 1951. Anita has been awarded the title Miss Sweden through a vote in the weekly magazine Veckorevyn, where 1100 girls competed for the title in 28 Swedish cities and 125,000 voters. Along with the award, she also received a trip to the USA where she will visit the city of Atlantic City where Miss America is usually crowned, as well as Texas. She is 20 years old at this time, a native of Malmö a model by profession. 1951.
