The Indemnity Service through Bridgeman Images protects you from all damages arising from any lawsuit or claim against you, alleging that your use of imagery violates privacy, publicity, or image rights of the model or other rights in images sourced from us.
When we can offer the Indemnity Service, Bridgeman Images will offer you terms on which we will protect you from liabilities and expenses arising from third-party claims relating to your use of our images.
