Bridgeman Images Now Representing Memorias Celuloides

Bridgeman Images is proud to partner with Memorias Celuloides on a new representation.

The archive is a project to recover the memory contained in home cinema. Its purpose is that this material, vulnerable to the passage of time and technological obsolescence, is preserved as part of a collective heritage. The Spain-based online repository was created a decade ago and includes a growing collection of digitised home movies from multiple decades and countries.

One of the reasons for creating this archive was to make these useful films available and viewable for researchers or educators and now Bridgeman Images and its clients will have access to much of this unique and special collection which will keep growing over time.
