Description
Charles Rennie Mackintosh, a junior draughtsman at Honeyman and Keppie, won a competition in 1896 to design a new Glasgow School of Art, under headmaster and director Francis Newbery. Built in two phases, the building was completed in 1909. Photograph taken c.1992 (before 2014 fire)
