Alberto Salinas was a Mexican artist born in 1932 in Mexico City. He studied at the National School of Fine Arts in Mexico City and later at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris. Salinas was known for his abstract paintings that explored the relationship between color, form, and space. He was also a sculptor and created large-scale works that were displayed in public spaces in Mexico and the United States. Salinas was a member of the Mexican Society of Plastic Arts and exhibited his work in galleries and museums throughout Mexico, the United States, and Europe.
