Location: Various, Italy Creator: Giuseppe Bellacca The documentary, made on the occasion of the campaign for the first regional elections of June 7, 1970, traces the previous ten years of Italian history, highlighting workers' struggles, labor within the DC and the Catholic world, the repeated attempts of conservative forces to give right-wing solutions to the country's crisis. After a series of fascist brand attacks, the strategy of tension reaches its peak with the massacre in Piazza Fontana, in Milan, in December 1969: but the response of the working class, which participates in mass at the funeral of the victims, blocks the path of adventure and guarantees the advance and development of democracy. 01.
