She wears a white silk dress and holds a sprig of orange with a green fruit in her right hand. Her dark hair is worn over her right shoulder. Dark landscape background (inventory card). Jemima was a daughter of Sir John Harpur, 4th Bt and Catherine Crewe. She married Sir Thomas Palmer of Carlton Hall in Northamptonshire. Paid for in November 1724 (House Guide, last revised 1996).
