Three beakers (parcel-gilt silver)

Left, mark of Georg Gunesch, Nagyszeben, c.1600. Flaring cylindrical on a trumpet foot with molded band, the foot and body engraved with bands of strapwork, the body engraved with three compasses, marked under base 6 in. (15.2 cm.) high Centre, maker's mark PG, probably Brasso, 17th century. Tapering cylindrical on a trumpet foot with molded zig-zag band, the foot and body embossed, flat-chased and engraved with bands of foliate strapwork enclosing flowers and foliage on a matted ground, marked under base 6½ in. (16.5 cm.) high Right, mark of Georgy Kozak, Brasso, c.1600. Flaring cylindrical, on a trumpet foot repoussé and chased with two hunting dogs and a rabbit on a matted ground, the rim engraved with border of strapwork enclosing foliage against a punched ground, one side engraved with initials P L, marked under base, also marked near rim with Austrian control marks for 1807-1824 5 7/8 in. (15 cm.) high
