The Royal Cornwall Museum has a permanent display on the history and natural history of Cornwall with a world famous collection of minerals, ceramics and a changing display of fine and decorative art. The museum has a diverse range of temporary exhibitions from photographs to textiles, Old Master drawings to natural history. The Old Master drawings collection includes the Italian, French, Netherlandish and English schools. British artists such as Hogarth, Gainsborough, Constable, Romney, Turner, Blake, Rossetti, Burne-Jones and Augustus John are also represented. As well as a large collection of paintings and drawings by artists from The Newlyn School, including Stanhope Forbes, Lamorna Birth, Frank Bramley, Walter Langley and Harold Harvey.
