Cambodian lawyer Benson Samay, chief of the legal defence team for notorious Khmer Rouge military commander Ta Mok, addresses a news conference in Phnom Penh February 14, 2002 calling on the government to begin proceedings in a Khmer Rouge trial within three weeks or release his client.
