Isokon chaise longue, 1935-1936, by Marcel Breuer (1902-1981), wood laminated and curved before upholstering. Designed for the English company Isokon founded in 1929 by the English entrepreneur Jack Pritchard and the Canadian architect Wells Coates to design and construct modernist houses and flats, and furniture and fittings for them. Isometric Unit Construction. Bauhaus exiles Walter Gropius and marcel Breuer joined the venture in 1934 Chaise longue Isoko, 1935-1936, di Marcel Breuer (1902-1981), in legno laminato e curvato privo di rivestimento. Ungheria, XX secolo.
